The Headquarters includes the Planning and Management Section, Environmental Maintenance Section, Recreation Service Section, Conservation and Research Section, Interpretation and Education Section, Secretariat, East Division Station, West Division Station, Lieyu Station, and included with one accountant and one personnel manager. The total human resource is currently of 61 people; where 33 are civil servants, 18 contract staffs, 2 technicians, 3 maintenance workers, and 5 drivers, a total of 61 people.
