The three brave soldier statures earlier were sculptured according to the soldier uniform and equipment in 1984, which differed from the uniform and equipment in 1949. Therefore when the museum was given to the national park in 2000, the original soldier statures wearing helmets and boots of the time in 1984 were replaces with a soldier sculpture at the time in 1949, wearing a military hat and straw sandals.
