The long weekend for Taiwan’s Retrocession Day and the Battle of Guningtou Victory Memorial Day is approaching. Visitors traveling to Kinmen are advised to select licensed travel agencies and accommodations and to purchase travel insurance tailored to their individual needs. Currently, the Taiwu Mountain trails open to the public include the Taiwu Mountain Trail (located on Yuzhang Road), the Caicuo Hiking Trail, and the Doumen Ancient Trail. Everyone is welcome to enjoy hiking on these designated routes. Please note that the Taiwu Cemetery parking lot is under renovation. For those with vehicle access permits wishing to drive up the mountain, please use the road on the south side of Taiwu Cemetery. Pedestrians are advised to park at the temporary parking lot (Taiwu Power Station) and hike up the central trail of Taiwu Cemetery to ensure both vehicle and pedestrian safety.
