Kinmen National Park Headquarters Signs Environmental Cleaning Cooperation MOUs with Local Communities to Promote Environmental Sustainability

The Kinmen National Park 
Headquarters (the Headquarters) of the National Park Service, Ministry of the Interior, signed cooperation memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with
representatives from the Guningtou Community Development Association, Oucuo Community Development Association, Kinmen County Telecommunications Industry
Labor Union, Hufeng Community Development Association, Gugang Community Development Association, Qionglin Village Community Development Association,
and Cài’cuò Minxiang Community Development Association on the morning of December 24, 2025. Together, they will promote environmental cleaning efforts in areas including the Guningtou estuary, Oucuo Beach, Cidi Beach, Cihu lakeshore, the surroundings of the Liangshan Observation Trail, Qionglin Yuan Park, and the Caicuo Historic Trail.

Environmental
cleanliness has long been a concern of public interest. In addition to carrying out annual ecological maintenance work, the Headquarters continues to collaborate with local communities to establish strong partnerships and jointly promote the vision of sustainability.

The Headquarters stated
that the MOUs cover cooperative environmental cleaning of beaches, trails, and other areas near local settlements. Through community participation, the parties aim to create a sustainable environment jointly. It also expressed sincere thanks to all community development associations, social organizations,township offices, and the Kinmen County Environmental Protection Bureau for their assistance in maintaining Kinmen’s coastal ecology, park green spaces,and landscapes. By setting this example, they hope to inspire broader public participation in jointly preserving Kinmen’s beautiful environment.
