Kinmen National Park holds online press release for the film “The Islands of The Swaying Grain KINMEN”

Kinmen National Park has spent two years filming so that those staying at home in quarantine can have the experience of visiting Kinmen in person. An online press release will be held on our Facebook page at 11am on June 29. Those who like, share and comment will have the chance to win an amazing gift!

When the wind blows, the golden wheat fields sway, giving Kinmen its golden scenery. Travelers can’t help but stop to admire the swaying grain and feel the happiness and beauty of Kinmen’s bumper harvest. Kinmen National Park HQ commissioned director Sean-wen Yang from 16:9 Production Studio to create “The Islands of the Swaying Grain Kinmen”. The 15-minute film took two years to shoot and features a young girl hosting different travelers at a guesthouse. The film includes various scenic spots, local industries and culinary delicacies of Kinmen, and showcases the unique highlights and energy of the islands, allowing viewers to get to know Kinmen and feel its original charm through the viewpoints of different visitors.

Although people are unable to take part in a physical press conference due to the pandemic, there are advantages to Kinmen National Park HQ switching to online publishing. Online marketing is borderless, so we can reach viewers all around the globe, and let the world see Kinmen’s natural beauty and culture.

Kinmen National Park HQ invites you all to take part in an online press conference for “The Islands of The Swaying Grain KINMEN” at 11am June 29 on the Kinmen National Park Facebook page. The upcoming film will be shown at the Zhongshanlin Visitor Center and on Youtube. From July 1, 2022, anyone going to the Zhongshanlin Visitor Center should tell the staff the secret code: “I want to watch The Islands of The Swaying Grain KINMIN”. Those who watch the film will get a bag of Sunbird drip coffee, just one bag per person, 500 bags in total so get yours while stocks last. We’re looking forward to the end of the pandemic when tourists can visit this beautiful island in person and enjoy its beauty once again.
