金門戰事紀錄及調查研究(二)
一、研究緣起
金門位處福建東南海域，內捍漳廈，外制台澎，形勢險要，因「固若金湯，雄鎮海門」之勢而得名。從明初到近代，金門一直是海疆重鎮，兵家必爭之地。民國三十八年，國民政府退居台灣，金門與馬祖成為衛保台澎的海疆前線，在世界兩大陣營後冷戰的年代，作為「反攻復國之跳板，世界和平之前衛」。金門，也被積極塑造為戰地空間，扮演了兩岸對峙之前線角色。
在近半世紀的戰地生活中，金門的民間社會與來自台灣戍守前線的服役青年，在這塊土地上休戚與共，產生既緊張、又依存的互動關係；同時長期的戰爭對峙及軍事統治，對金門的空間發展也產生結構性的影響。
本研究即是希望透過田野調查及文獻考察的方法，針對「戰地生活情境」、「戰爭與民間生活」、「民防自衛與地下坑道」、「軍人消費市街與文化」、「戰地的性產業」等五個課題，以當地居民與服役軍人為主體，從生活史、文化史、空間史的視野，探討戰地金門的社會與空間發展，進而研擬歷史保存（historic preservation）的構想與策略。
二、研究方法
（一）文獻收集分析及口述歷史訪談。
（二）空間調查與記錄。
（三）空間保存狀況的評估、保存構想與對策的研擬。
三、主要建議事項
（一）立即可行建議
1.戰地文史資料整理：烈嶼鄉公所現存戰地政務時期文件之分類整理。
2.持續進行不同主題之戰事研究。
3.小徑「特約茶室」、「中正堂」、「軍人消費市街」之活化再利用評估。
4.配合相關軟體活動，如重新規劃「戰地生活體驗營活動」，並結合翟山、瓊林等地下坑，提供另類休閒遊憩方式。
（二）中長期建議
1.利用古寧頭古戰場之戰役遺蹟成立「戰爭博物館」及「和平公園」，提供情境式
體驗式之環境教育場景。
2.瓊林坑道之整修及軟體之豐富化。
3.戰事口述歷史之建立。
Abstract

Kinmen（Quemoy）islands are located at south-eastern Fuijiang, and also play an important military role between China and Taiwan from 14th century to modern time. In 1949, KMT regime was defeated by Chinese Communist Party and moved to Taiwan. Kinmen and Matsu became the frontline to protest Taiwan Strait safety. In the Cold War period, Kinmen was the focus of gunpowder for the West and Communist countries.
During the forty-three years battlefield life, there was a nervous and inter-dependence relationship between Kinmen folk societies and large of army came form Taiwan. Further, because the confrontation between two states and the long-term military domination, kinmen islands’ spatial development had radically change. This research will use the method of fieldwork and article review to study the social history of battlefield Kinsmen, including five issues: situation of war history, war impact on traditional society, people’s militia and underground tunnels, military consuming street and their culture, sexual industry in battlefield. I will discuss the life history of Kinmen in the Cold War period, and to study the social, cultural and spatial change for local people and armed forces. Finally, I prepare to provide the ideas and strategies of the historic preservation for battlefield.
