99年度金門國家公園數位典藏計畫

金門國家公園為我國首座結合人文、戰役史蹟及自然生態保育為宗旨的國家公園，亦為歷史的記憶與自然人文所交融延續的豐富之地。該園區不僅擁有豐富多樣的自然生態及獨特的傳統聚落文化，民防時期對於金門歷史脈絡影響深遠，現今所留存先民的日常生活器物及民防隊文物，不僅呈現當時期生活模式與歷史文化的脈絡，構建出金門獨一無二的文化特色，亦為數位典藏重要性之所在。因此，本計畫以「永續保存」、「公開展示」、「數位典藏人才培訓」及「未來加值應用規劃」為金門國家公園文物數位典藏之四大核心目標。
為達上述計畫目的，本計畫一方面透過文件分析及聘請後設內容專家進行相關典藏品內容詮釋之方式，藉以完成金門戰地軍備及常民文物之基礎文獻之建構；同時搭配田野調查方式訪查及數位拍攝當地的常民生活及戰地史蹟，藉以完成金門地區先民日常生活器物及戰地民防文物等資料搜集。經由上述執行方法及成果，金門國家公園數位典藏網站採分眾導覽方式(如學術研究版及一般民眾版)呈現相關內容。如學術研究版部份，本計畫除擴充原有戰地軍備內容並新增常民文物數位內容；而一般民眾版部份則以持續新增推展金門精緻古厝民宿、宣傳品展示及加值運用數位化媒材為主，並藉由舉辦數位典藏人才培訓工作坊，最終達到永續保存及深耕地方數位典藏人才之效益。

Abstract
Kin-Men National Park is the first national park established in Taiwan with the primary purpose of combining humanity, battle history, and nature conservation. It preserves the area’s abundance in history and richness of nature. The park not only
possesses a diverse ecosystem, but also maintains the traditions of the local villagers. The “Civil Defense” time period is very important in the Kin-Men history, and the preservation of relics and antiques of folk life and civil defense presents the ways of life and cultural history during this period. It makes up the distinctive Kin-Men culture and demonstrates the importance of the unique digital archives of the Kin-Men National Park.
Thus, this research is aimed to achieve the five goals of archiving perpetually, preserving culture, displaying publicly, educating, and providing future value-add applications with
the Kin-Men National Park digital archives.
For the aforementioned objectives, this project is designed to analyze documentations and invite experts to prepare the interpretation of various artifacts,building an in-depth understanding of the cultural and natural history of Kin-Men.
Furthermore, the project takes on field surveying and digital photographing through the local folk life and battle relics, completing a collection of Kin-Man’s folk life and civil
defense antiques of battle sites. From aforementioned research methodology and results,the website for the digital archive of Kin-Men National Park is built. This website is established for two different purposes (users). One is for public educational and demonstrational purpose, and the other is for academic research. The project scope of the website is aimed to provide the expedition of the original battle armaments’ collection,and the addition of digital content of folk life antiques. On the other hand, the general public scope f the website is constructed to develop Kin-Men’s delicacies, on-line promotional exhibition and to promote online learning with educational audios, videos,and value-add elements. Moreover, we hope to reach the goals of archiving perpetually and cultivating the local digital humanities by hosting the digital archive training program.
