金門國家公園傳統聚落風貌景觀改造可行性與營造方法
本研究已實地觀察法調查金門八個主要傳統聚落景觀資源，分析各聚落景觀風貌之要素與特色。景觀資源主要包含自然景觀與人文景觀兩大類，經研究發現，傳統聚落人文資源豐富，但自然資源則較為缺乏，在資源調查時應多發現並保護各聚落內僅存的「自然地景」。本研究將傳統聚落之景觀改善課題分為資源調查、規劃設計、工程營造、經營管理四部分，以「永續設計」原則作為各層面的方案與操作原則之依據，以作為國家公園審核景觀改善計劃之參考。
本研究以瓊林聚落作為景觀風貌改善之示範案例，提出旅程動線、解說設計、景觀綠化、舖面改善等方案，並藉由居民問卷調查的方式探討其執行的可行性，經回收30份有效問卷顯示，大部分的居民對觀光發展成正面的態度，對於景觀改善方案的認同程度上，對於景觀綠化與舖面改善的滿意度與偏好較高，對於殘跡保存的認同度較低。
研究結論建議未來金門傳統聚落的空間營造應有一系列的計劃與流程，使得國家公園各部門可有效協調聚落整建與社區營造的工作，工程的執行上應依循該聚落之景觀計劃，再進行景觀工程的執行，以及後續的經營管理。

Abstract
The study used observation methtod to distiguish style/types of King-men Traditional settlement, include nature and artificial scenery. By investigate the settlement, it showed artificial scenery were main landscape resource, but "nature alndscape" still important resource for Settlement scenery. In landscape improvement, the study concluded 4 layers: resource invenstigate,design ＆ planning, construction, management, in cording to "sustainable design" principles to improvement program.
To use Qiong-lin as a example for traditional settlement landscape improvement, bring up traveling path, Interpretation design, plant design,pavement design improvement case, and confer its feasibility by resident interview. 30 effective questionnaires were administered, most resident had positive attitude. In landscape improvement identification, plant design and pavement design had higher performance and satisfaction, but "partition historical remains" had lower indentification.
Suggestions for the study: King-men traditional settlement improvement should have a systematic plan ＆ steps,make each department of King-men Ntional Park have effective cooperation for the works. The steps of traditional settlement open space molding includes landscape planning,landscape constrution, landscape management.
