金門國家公園戰役史料之資料庫建置與解說教育應用

摘要
一、研究緣起：
金門（Quemoy）是二十世紀中葉以來世界知名的戰役紀念地，其戰役史蹟的獨特性與保存狀況具備世界遺產（world heritage）的價值。成立於1995年的金門國家公園管理處，重要的任務之一即是戰役資源的保存及活化利用。
過去十餘年，戰役研究及史蹟活化利用的重心主要放在硬體的修復與口述歷史的採擷；前者如翟山坑道、九宮坑道、乳山故壘、馬山觀測站、將軍堡等軍事設施之修復，後者則為榮民口述訪談、戰事生活史等內容之收集。相形之下，文獻與檔案的研究較為不足，當然最主要的原因是資料尚未解密或取得不易之故。
因此，本研究計畫以保存尚稱完整之軍方報紙---正氣中華報為主，蒐集1949-1978年之間，亦即戰爭狀態與過程中官方報導下的金門形象，透過十項主題的編纂進行深入了解，包括金門歷次戰役之報導、國際局勢之引介、重要外賓來訪新聞、華僑訪金報導、勞軍活動之報導、地方政經民生建設之報導、公共衛生議題之報導、女性相關議題之報導、其他民間生活之報導、新聞照片之引介等。簡言之，藉由這些事件、史料的整理及解讀，了解官方觀點下的戰地金門之國際觀、海外關係、軍民生活互動、建設成果、女性角色等議題，進而掌握戰地社會的生活面貌。
藉由這些新聞史料的彙整，一方面建立主題分類與提供檢索系統，提供未來研究及解說教育的基礎資料，一方面充實目前已整修完成的戰役史蹟，作為解說或展示之軟體資料。在研究的基礎上，未來可進一步嘗試讓各式各樣的「故事」賦予生硬冰冷的軍事構工豐富的靈魂，這才是金門戰役史蹟最動人之處。
二、研究方法及過程：
針對正氣中華報史料進行收集，並以幾個主題加以分類金門歷次戰役、國際局勢、重要外賓、華僑訪金、勞軍活動、地方政經民生建設、公共衛生、女性議題、民間生活、新聞照片；接著進一步整理成解說教育可供應用之材料與內容；與其他文獻或口述歷史之比對，以重大事件為例，交叉比對官方資料與其他文獻（如白色恐怖的相關檔案、文書）、口述歷史，以還原歷史之完整性。或對歷史場景之拍照、紀錄與建檔，針對收集之資料所提及之重要歷史場景，如戰場、地方建設等現存之場景，加以拍照、記錄與建檔，以留下影像史料。
三、研究成果及其主要建議事項：
本研究目前已完成金門日報社典藏自1949~1978年「正氣中華報」的數位典藏及分類工作，並已完成新聞資料庫建置及索引方式，但礙於研究期程尚未將有關1949~1992年金門解除戰地政務所有典藏金門日報社資「正氣中華報」、「金門日報」數位建檔工作。為豐富金門戰役文獻史料及後續解說教育之應用，本研究提出有關官方報紙的分類與數位典藏之立即可行之建議：
1.官方報紙的分類與數位典藏
2.史政編譯室之相關檔案蒐集及解讀
3.烈嶼戰地政務民防檔案之分類與數位典藏
上述建議之執行，有賴金門國家公園主持，邀請國防部史政編譯室、金門日報社、烈嶼鄉公所及相關專家學者協助共同執行。
從解說教育應用方面，透過口述訪談及文獻之蒐集解讀戰地金門之生活，對於金門戰役情境展示還原歷史，如心戰喊話、戰地文學等，作為各個戰役史蹟空間的軟體內容，本研究建就金門戰役史料蒐集提出長期性建議如下：
1.心戰史料的蒐集與整理
2.軍聞社或中央電影公司影片蒐集與整理
3.戰地文學的蒐集與整理
4.不同主題解說叢書的撰寫及出版
期在金門國家公園協助下，以建構更完整的戰役金門史料，充實戰史館內容的擴增，文獻資料的蒐集是相當重要的歷史證據。對於解說工作來說民間的觀點亦是相當重要的一部份，在金門施行戰地政務時期，在此生活民眾如何看待這段歷史，未來如能從官方文獻、國外與民間觀點等多元角度觀看金門戰役史料，那麼金門的戰役將不再只是區域性的歷史戰場，更具世界價值意義。
Abstract
Since the middle of the twentieth century, Kinmen (Quemoy) has been transformed into a well-known battlefield in the world. Its unique and well-preserved war artifacts possess World Heritage value. Founded in 1995, the Kinmen National Park Administration is entrusted, amongst other important tasks, with the preservation and adaptive re-use of these valuable war heritage resources.
Over the past ten years, battlefield research and adaptive re-use of military installations have focused primarily on hardware repair (e.g. Zhaishan Tunnel; Jiugong Tunnel; Rushan Base; Mashan Observatory Post; Fort General etc.) and oral histories (e.g. collection of war veterans’ oral interviews; life history of the war etc.). By contrast, there seems to be a dearth of research based on historical documents per se. But of course, this is mainly due to information that is either yet to be declassified or difficult to gain assess to.
Therefore, in the process of preserving the military newspaper – Zhengqi Zhonghua bao (正氣中華報), this research intends to develop an archive of newspaper reports that shed light on the official portrayal of Kinmen’s image during the tumultuous years of 1949-1978. In order to gain a more nuanced and in-depth understanding of this issue, ten separate but interrelated themes were identified, namely “Reports on the Various Battles on Kinmen”; “Reports on the International Situation”; “News Regarding Significant Delegates or Visitors to Kinmen”; “Reports on Visits by Chinese Diaspora”; “Reports on Entertainment Activities for the Soldiers”; “Reports on construction of local political and economic livelihoods”; “Reports on Public Health Issues”; “Reports on Women-related Issues”; “Other Reports on Civilian Life”; and “Photographs used in the News”. In short, through these past events and the reorganization and interpretation of historical data, the research aims to gain a better knowledge of the official point of vie
w with regards to international view, foreign relations, military-civilian interaction, the outcome of military-led constructions, and the role of women in Battlefield Kinmen, so as to have a better grasp of the everyday life of a battlefield society.
The advantages of such a news archive research are two-fold. One on hand, it provides an efficient retrieval system based on the various themes discussed above, providing future research and docent education with basic materials. On the other hand, it can be used to substantiate the various battlefield monuments by providing the software for display or illustration purposes. Furthermore, various “stories” can be utilized to “thaw” the icy image of battlefield attractions, thus giving life to otherwise soulless monuments.
